By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase:
1. General Information
- All arranged bouquets will be delivered to you in a corrugated box to ensure the quality of the delivery and the product itself. We make your satisfaction our top priority.
- Bouquet molders will be used into all of our arrangements to ensure the safety, stability, and fresh appearance of the bouquets during transport or pick-up, maintaining their high quality.
2. Currency & Pricing:
- All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- During peak seasons (Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day), flower suppliers increase their prices. As a result, our prices may also increase. Regular pricing resumes after these occasions.
- Arrangements displayed on our website are for Philippine delivery only.
3. Order and Payment Terms

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:-
Online Payment (via Website Checkout)

PayPal Payment: Secure payment via PayPal.
- Upon checkout fill in the necessary details required. When you reach Step 5: Payment Method choose “PayPal / Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover)” Then “confirm order”. When the Paypal window comes up sign into your Paypal account and proceed with the payment to complete the transaction.

Credit Card Payment: Processed through PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover). No PayPal account required..
- Upon checkout fill in the necessary details required. When you reach Step 5: Payment Method choose “PayPal / Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover)” Then “confirm order”. When the Paypal window comes up choose “Don’t have a Paypal account?”, then fill-up the necessary credit card details and proceed with the payment to complete the transaction.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery Schedule:
- Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila only): Orders must be placed before 12:00 NN. Order received after 12:00nn Philippine time for same day delivery will be processed / delivered on the following day.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM. Order received after 4:00PM Philippine time will be processed / delivered on the following day.
- Store & Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday-Sunday).
- Home Deliveries: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Office Deliveries: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Saturday).
- Delivery schedules may change during peak seasons (Valentine’s & Mother’s Day).
- Rescheduling of delivery is only allowed 2–3 days prior to the original scheduled delivery date. Requests made outside this window may not be accommodated.

Delivery Coverage & Charges:
- Free Delivery: Within Metro Manila (Quezon City, Makati, Marikina, etc.).

Additional Fees Apply for select areas:
- Cainta - PHP 500
- Antipolo - PHP 500
- Taytay, Rizal - PHP 600
- Montalban, Rizal - PHP 700
- Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Angono - PHP 800
- Late-Night Delivery (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Additional PHP 500.

Outside Metro Manila / Provincial Areas:
- Order will be served 4 to 5 working days after confirmation of order. Advance reservation is required.
- No provincial deliveries on Sundays and Holidays.
- Email us first the complete delivery address to check if it is covered by delivery.
- Minimum amount is required for outside Metro Manila and Provincial delivery. Please inquire at tel nos (632) 881-6731 / (632) 579-3073 regarding minimum amount required.

Delivery Restrictions:
- No deliveries outside Metro Manila on February 13-15 & 17-18.
- Last day for Feb 13 and 14 is on Feb 12. All Order received after Feb 12 will be delivered on Feb 15, 16, 17 & 18.
- Balloon arrangements not accepted on February 13 & 14.
- Accurate contact information is required.If we cannot reach the recipient/sender, the order may be delayed or canceled.
- Redelivery & Rerouting: Additional charges apply.
- Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses the flowers, the delivery is still considered completed.
- Sender is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any delay or non-delivery due to sender’s incorrect delivery information, sender will still be charged.
- Specific Delivery time is not applicable during Valentine's Day. We do not commit time of delivery this Valentine's Day.

Product Condition Notice:
Lilies in general are delivered in half-bloom to ensure freshness upon arrival and extended enjoyment for the recipient.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellations a day before the delivery date.
- Cancellations 2 days before the delivery date must be requested via admin@larosaflowershop.com.
- Strictly no cancellations once flowers have been arranged or delivered.
- If cancellation is due to an unserviceable area, an 80% refund will be issued (20% covers transaction fees). Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days.

Refund Policy:

No Return, No Refund if:
- Incorrect delivery address was provided.
- The recipient is unavailable and no authorized person can receive the flowers.
- Flowers are mishandled by the recipient.

- Wrong delivery item.
- Wilted or damaged flowers due to mishandling during delivery.
- Complaints must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
- Replacement deliveries take 2-3 days to process.

6. Substitution Policy
- Flower arrangements may vary depending on availability, especially for outside Metro Manila and provincial deliveries.
- Substitutions will be of equal or higher value.
- The sender will be informed of any changes.
7. In-Store Pick-Up Policy

La Rosa Flower Shop is not liable for damages if:
- A third-party courier (e.g., Lalamove, J&T) picks up the flowers.
- The product is picked up beyond 24 hours from the scheduled time.

8. Valentine's & Mother's Day Season
- For Valentine’s Day, Pre-orders available from February 10-17.
- Cut-off dates and delivery restrictions apply during peak seasons.
- Bouquet molders will be used into all of our arrangements to ensure the safety, stability, and fresh appearance of the bouquets during transport or pick-up, maintaining their high quality.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances & Delivery Delays
- In case of late delivery by the company's fault, we will give discounts to the customer the next time he/she orders.
- La Rosa Flower Shop is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to natural disasters, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- At La Rosa Flower Shop, we take every possible measure to ensure the freshness and quality of our floral arrangements upon dispatch. However, we will not be held liable for any changes in the appearance or condition of the flowers caused by weather-related factors during delivery. This includes exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, rain, wind, or direct sunlight — whether during transport or after delivery. Please note that placing the arrangement outdoors, near heat sources, or in areas with intense sunlight, especially during hot seasons, may lead to faster wilting or disfigurement of the flowers. We kindly advise choosing an appropriate location to maintain the beauty and longevity of your arrangement.
